4 Simple Steps to Remember while writing Affirmations

Affirmations is a powerful tool to communicate to your subconscious mind about our goals.

Thoughts are the powerful mechanism by which we mould our energy to reality. By the power of Law of Attraction and Law of Attention, (based on the principle of Like attract Like & Thoughts become Things), we communicate to our subconscious mind and we draw to ourselves what we want to experience. Once we get the clarity of what we want to experience in various aspects of our life, we can write those things in the form of affirmations. By writing affirmations regularly we will have our focus on what we want to achieve rather than being bothered / deviated by the contrasting or opposite reality of life.

Affirmations are to be written with pure “Emotion”, we have to build the feeling of how it feels to have it.

Remember, T + E is what subconscious grasps and creates the magical result .

Four points to remember while writing affirmations:

1. Affirmations are positive statements that are affirmed by ideally writing them or sometimes mentally or verbally saying them.

2. They are positive sentences of one’s goals or desires written as if the goals or desires have already been achieved or granted. e.g. – If we want to have a house of our own, write

“I own this beautiful 2 BHK flat; I am living in right now!”

3. In everyday life one should create a habit of writing affirmations. Writing affirmations pastes them directly to the subconscious mind and there is a great chance of all our desires and goals to manifest very quickly into our reality 

4. 21 days cycle – Writing affirmations consistently for 21 days is a must as it creates NLP (adaptability) of new thought patterns.
