Bhavik Parmar


Bhavik Parmar is a self-taught contemporary hyperrealistic artist based in Jamnagar, Gujarat. By qualification Bhavik is Masters in Power Systems Engineering from Nirma University, Ahmedabad.

India Art Festival 2022 was Bhavik’s first venture as an Exhibitor, Though currently art has been a part of his passion, he plans to pursue the same as a full time profession soon.

A. How many years you have been in the field of art and why?

I have Been in this field since last 3 years and I'm self learner. I love faces more so I prefer working on portraits more.


B. What media you have been using so far?

I mainly work on mixture of graphite, compressed charcoal and grey tone polychrome pencils.


C. What media you are planning to explore in the future?

I want to use acrylic in my portraits in future.

D. What kind of uniqueness you spotlight using your art?

My portraits highlights characteristics of human nature.
