I want to wind up my path

Jay AADINATH

Jay Gurudev

I want to wind up my path

Retracing your steps on the road to you feet,

I now just want to wind up my path.

The way just, made for you

Don't know how the mrugjal lake started Forming

The Swans together started walking.

On the bank of the rivers, the trees started forming, they started growing

And the wall of the tress; leaf-by-leaf, the birds started licking.

Palace of relation on this road was built,

Where just you were called, not just in the palace

But in my heart in-built.

From Gardens green, A junipers delight

Loves scented echo takes its flight.

With rising Sun, your presence seems near,

Waiting further , day's end the sunset is clear

My mind the relaxed mind, takes some rest

Leaving the road for the day to come next.

Lost on the road, I wait for you,

Yet in others' hearts, you find your due.

Once I recalled, faced my own trial,

Life without you, an empty mile.

I won't beg for a helping hand,

I stand tall, by your side I'll stand.

Keep me in memory if you may,

While roads ahead lead me astray.

From your heaven too far and wide,

What secrets in your eyes reside?

Today the disguise of memories fell,

Pushed by another's force, I can tell.

Now my path I gather and face,

Traces of our journey, I embrace.

In the distance, my road does unfold,

I walk it alone, with stories untold.

Now I just want to wind up my path

I just want to wind up my path.
