Love for the Lord Rishabhdev : Pujya Gurudev Mokshsundar Saheb

Updated: Feb 12

Love for God is a feeling that cannot be expressed in words. It is a deep, abiding sense of gratitude and awe for the Creator of the universe and all that is in it. It is a recognition that we are but mere mortals, living out our brief lives on this earth, and that God is the source of all that is good and beautiful.

Pujya Gurudev Mokshsundar Saheb (loves to go by the name 'Sada no Saathi'), a Jain saint who firmly believes in spreading peace through the principles of Jainism, will regularly express his thoughts and guide us on the path of ultimate happiness and love towards every human being by his words in this very column 'Spirituality' every Thursday.

Today in his very own verse he begins with expressing his love for Lord Rishabhdev, the first Tirthankara and the Supreme preacher of Jainism.

I miss you when something happens because you are the one with whom I love to share everything.

I miss you when something troubles me because you are the one who understands me well.

I miss you when I laugh and cry because you are the one that makes my laughter grow and my tears disappear.

I miss you all the time, but I miss you the most when I lay awake at night and think about the most wonderful times, we spent with each other as those were the best and memorable times of my life.

Just Miss You My Lord Dada Adinath
