Feels like Heaven by Ranjeet Sathe

He often portrayed human figures, expressing moment and uses everyday themes like couple, parent & child to bring out various shades of human emotions. He always believes without the ability to actualize an idea or concept, art wouldnot exist. He doesnot limit himself to one medium, style or concept, as he thinks inspiration and ideas change as Knowledge changes.

The Tree Of Love by Ranjeet Sathe

His painting expresses poetry with a contemporary and morden look. He says exploring the emotional links between poetry and painting is like picking two different flowers from the same field to form a bouquet, each beautifully paired, complimenting one another in scent & aesthetics. His paintings are also confined to his own prejudices of various things and subjects with which he has different experiences or bright happiness associated. And so, his art is his way of communicating his deepest thought, latent feelings, emotions and even his strong yearnings. All of us have different ways of showing our affection for different things, and likewise to artist Ranjeet Sathe, displays his love for things and places through his art.

Unveiling our rendezvous with Ranjeet Sathe

A. How many years you have been in the field of art and why?

Ever since I was a child, my number one passion in life is art. Art is in my blood so to speak. For me Art is a form of expression. It allows my mind and heart to express something that maybe words cannot. Sometimes they are words. But in many forms, they’re time capsules of a given period in that person's life and moment. Capturing that moment, that emotion, that feeling, is art.

B. What media you have been using so far?

I love learning new mediums that I have never done before, such as photography, ceramics, digital media, modern and contemporary art. My specialty right now is sculpture, drawing and painting. The mediums, I like to use when I create my works are charcoal, graphite, pastel oil and watercolour.

C. What media you are planning to explore in the future?

I believe in challenging myself and thinking differently in everything I create. Hence in the future, I wish to explore ceramics, porcelain and metal. Ceramic is one of the fascinating media I would love to work, as it is a living material it has energy, texture and temperature.

D. What kind of uniqueness you spotlight using your art?

I believe in love, freedom & romance, so I want to showcase that through my art. All my artwork expresses different moods which are inspired by the nature, love, emotions, ethos and circumstance. I want viewers to feel the love bondand personally connect with the artwork and feel unconditional love.
