Uttara is an artist with over 35 years of related work experience, as well as portfolio of varied accomplishments that includes exhibitions, private collections and academic achievements.
She possess a strong sense of artistry and forward-thinking that is consistently displayed across all her art pieces.
Uttara has accomplished Government Diploma in Arts (Fine Arts) in 1983. She has been an exhibitor from 1983 exhibiting at various prestigious events and venues like The Bombay Art Society, Bombay Suburban Exhibition of Paintings and India Art Festival.
She has received awards from various institutes that largely include S L Raheja school of arts, Camlin for best sketches and varied from Bombay Arts and Sports society.

A. How many years you have been in the field of art and why?
I am in this Art field for almost thirty years. Painting is my passion.
B. What media you have been using so far?
I have used Oil colors, Pestals, Color pencils, Water color, Poster colors and Ink pens so far, but water and poster is my medium
C. What media you are planning to explore in the future?
In future I would like to experiment with Acrylic medium in abstract painting.
