Question from The E Today (Q): You’re known to be a man of achievements but how difficult was the making of Vikas Mittersain?
Vikash Mittersain: It was not difficult. Things and achievements kept rolling
Q: How long did it take you to find success?
Vikash Mittersain: Within 5 years of starting.
Q: Known to be a businessman and philanthropist with a bag filled with success, what is the value that you would like to offer to the next generation?
Vikash Mittersain: Keep working without giving up at times of setback, which are bound to happen along with the successes.
Q: Though a table filled with achievements, what was the best moment for you?
Vikash Mittersain: No ‘best’ moment. Many successful small moments which added up.
Q: Where do we see you in the coming years?
Vikash Mittersain: No big plans, just small growth from time to time.
Q What advice would you give to someone trying to become an entrepreneur?
Vikash Mittersain: Be fully honest in all you do and never give up
Q: Employees are the biggest asset any company has, how do you see a good work culture?
Vikash Mittersain: Without a good work culture and employees you are nothing.
Q: What are you working on now?
Vikash Mittersain: Several items at same time.
Q: With business acquisition by Nazara off lately such OpenPlay, PublishMe, Paper Boat Apps, Djuzz, Sports Unity, Sportskeeda, Bakbuck, Halaplay, what are the plans ahead?
Vikash Mittersain: We call them ‘Friends of Nazara’. Yes we are open to looking at business with good prospects and the ones that can add value to the ‘Friends of Nazara’
Q: Talking about business acquisitions, is there any particular sector, that drives your attention?
Vikash Mittersain: No, we are open to any business that has good prospects however an IT company would always be the biggest preference.
Q: We saw you mentoring Start Ups, so are there any plans for an incubation centre?
Vikash Mittersain: No, I am sharing my experience.
